Game Forum Reminders

  1. If your opponent has already made offers, you can accept one of them by posting your agreement and then using the "Post Agreed Time" button.
  2. If there are no offers yet or you cannot accept any of them, make your own using the "Offer Times" or "Reply" buttons:
    Specify three or more distinct times to play on at least two different days within the one-week playing period of the round (not the adjournment week). A range of times, or several distinct times within a three-hour period, counts as one offer. To avoid confusion, please speak in ICC server time.
  3. Negotiations: Posts back and forth should be done within 24 hours of each other, preferably even more quickly.
  4. Deadlines: Make your initial offers before Thursday 22:00. A player who has not made offers prior to the Contact Deadline has just another 24 hours to reply, and must accept one of his opponent's offered times (rather than suggest any times of his own), to avoid forfeit.
  5. Rescheduling: A game time that has been offered and accepted is binding on both players and can only be changed (rescheduled) to another time if both players agree. The agreement to reschedule, if any, must be made (as evidenced in the Game Forum) prior to the end of the 30-minute grace period.
  6. Show up at agreed time, available to play. Once the 30-minute grace period expires, rescheduling is not allowed. If league server automation does not automatically generate a match request then you must do so using the ICC game match feature (Rated, Correct colors, Time control 45 45). No outside influence. Enjoy your game!

 Hi, Leaguers. flaky, it is your opponent's choice. Not everyone is able to reschedule after setting aside 3-4 hours for a tournament game. Your agreed time is binding unless he agrees to a change. I suggest you offer some new times, and see what steady says.
